Responsibilities

Leading SCRM efforts across sourcing and supplier management within acquisition workstreams

Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and assess potential supply chain risks and developing mitigation strategies to ensure continuity of critical supplies and services

Coordinating supplier illumination and risk assessments through a designated technology platform, providing actionable recommendations for risk mitigation

Partnering with suppliers and contractors to identify vulnerabilities and implement plans to minimize impact

Required

Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of related experience, OR Master's degree with 3 years of related experience, OR High School diploma with 10 years of related experience

Minimum 5 years of experience performing vendor due diligence and/or supply chain risk management

Proven leadership experience in SCRM, supply chain management, risk management, and acquisition

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex analysis to non-technical audiences

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in dynamic, multi-stakeholder environments

Knowledge of supply market trends, supplier capabilities, and supply chain best practices
