Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with travel nurses through proactive, phone-based communication
Understand each candidate’s goals, preferences, clinical strengths, and motivators to guide them toward the right assignments
Recruit, screen, and onboard qualified healthcare professionals for travel roles nationwide
Manage ongoing traveler relationships throughout their assignment lifecycle, including contract renewals
Leverage Titan’s recruitment tools, CRM systems, and technology to track activity and maximize efficiency
Collaborate with team members to meet department goals and deliver an exceptional candidate experience
Stay informed on market trends, assignment needs, and industry best practices
Maintain accurate documentation and uphold compliance standards
Qualification
Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with strong organizational and time-management abilities
Confidence in making decisions, asking meaningful questions, and guiding candidates through next steps
Positive, energetic attitude with a passion for helping others succeed
Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team environment
Reliable, consistent work ethic and drive to build a long-term, high-earning career
Preferred
Sales or customer-facing experience, especially in fast-paced or target-driven environments
