Target Digital Network Analyst (TDNA)

The Target Digital Network Analyst (TDNA) is responsible for conducting target-focused exploitation and utilizing advanced analytical skills to track targets across complex networks, ensuring mission objectives are met.

Responsibilities
Conduct advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to generate insights and leads, ensure target continuity, profile targets and their activities, and develop techniques to gain additional target information
Maintain appropriate databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis
Develop comprehensive baseline profiles of designated target sets
Identify intelligence gaps to tailor current collection or enable new collection to close the gaps
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, and experience
Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience
Experience in Dialed Number Recognition (DNR) and Digital Network Intelligence (DNI) tradecraft
Expertise in tradecraft for target characterization across multiple domains
Strong background in network analysis, SIGINT, AMOD, and packet analysis
An active TS/SCI with polygraph
Ability to work in an office environment (Constant)
Required to sit and stand for long periods; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard (Frequent)
This position requires access to information that is subject to compliance with the International Traffic Arms Regulations (“ITAR”) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (“EAR”)
Applicants must qualify as a U.S. person under the ITAR and the EAR, or a person to be approved for an export license by the governing agency whose technology comes under its jurisdiction
Some positions will require current U.S. Citizenship due to contract requirements
