DIGITAL DATA ANALYST
Confidential company is seeking a Digital Data Analyst to oversee the design of customer journeys and manage commercial processes within the Product and Marketing department. The role involves analyzing business and customer data, managing budgets, and monitoring customer experience across digital platforms.

Responsibilities
Develop customer journeys and define functional requirements for Salesforce, including configuring communications in Marketing Cloud
Document commercial and operational processes in collaboration with business and operational units within the Vice Presidency
Manage department budgets, process and track invoices, and prepare periodic financial reports for leadership review
Request and coordinate updates to website content, product terms and conditions, and legal/regulatory requirements
Design, send, and monitor internal and customer satisfaction surveys to compile ISN and NPS (Net Promoter Score) indicators, as well as prepare detailed reports for management
Identify usability enhancements to improve traffic flows and overall customer experience
Business dashboards, customer indicators, and data analytics to support operational and strategic initiatives
Track, analyze, and report on social media complaints and customer comments to identify trends, service gaps, and improvement opportunities
Prepare social media organic campaign performance reports, including engagement metrics, reach, and conversion insights
Collaborate with external agencies to review metrics and analytics, identify trends, and recommend improvements
As the organization grows, you may be asked to perform other related tasks as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Marketing
2–3 years in banking
Data analytics and reporting
