Responsibilities

Build strong relationships with cross-functional colleagues in Sales, Product Management, R&D, Quality, and Supply Chain to ensure alignment and effective collaboration
Support the organization in establishing a unified way of working together with functional departments and colleagues across regions
Take ownership of customer advocacy, acting as the primary point of contact for ensuring customer needs are met and driving satisfaction
Implement and maintain KPIs for backlog management and support activities, monitoring performance and identifying areas for improvement
Collaborate with Product Experts and Partner & Training Management teams to enhance customer satisfaction and share expertise across regions
Execute and support the ECS strategy in line with the Leap 2030 objectives, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities
Lead the development and management of a strong partner network, positioning partners as key enablers for regional growth
Promote best practices and knowledge sharing across international offices, supporting regional training, technical support, and strategic opportunities

Qualification

Required

Educational background in Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, HVAC/R, or a related technical field
Proven technical and hands-on expertise with Danfoss HVAC and Refrigeration electronic controllers, including configuration, troubleshooting, and applications
Proven experience leading globally distributed teams, ideally in customer support, technical services, or training
Strong track record in cross-functional collaboration and customer advocacy, ensuring alignment across Sales, Product Management, R&D, and Supply Chain
Proven experience implementing KPIs, monitoring performance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives
Proven experience in stakeholder management and communication, with the ability to work across cultures and time zones
Fluent in English (written & spoken); additional languages are an advantage
Proactive approach to learning and continuous improvement, seeking feedback and implementing changes to enhance team performance and processes
