Own and drive AI-powered product strategy from zero to scale
Build and ship products using Claude Code and modern AI tooling (daily)
Partner closely with public-sector customers to solve real, high-impact problems
Operate with extreme velocity — scaling with AI agents, not headcount
Make product decisions that balance user value, technical feasibility, and revenue
Qualification
Required
Early-stage startup experience is vital (you've built when things were messy)
6+ years in product, engineering, or operations
Deep comfort building with AI, not just talking about it
High-agency, high-ownership mindset, you move fast and figure things out
Excitement about creating an AI-native company, not a legacy org with AI bolted on
Passion for improving government using cutting-edge technology
Preferred
Extensive experience with Claude Code strongly preferred
