Responsibilities

Own the product roadmap for enclosed drives in North America and deliver clear priorities that drive growth and customer value
Turn insight into strategy by translating market and customer feedback into features, releases, and compelling value propositions
Partner with engineering and external partners to bring high quality enclosed products to market on time and to specification
Align regional and global portfolios by working closely with global product teams to coordinate roadmaps and launches
Build competence across the region by equipping sales and business development with training, tools, and clear positioning

Required

Product management or product development experience in the industrial area
Deep knowledge of enclosed drives markets and/or engineering
Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence across functions and lead projects from idea to launch
Broad technical understanding of drives and applications; you're confident engaging customers and turning needs into requirements
Based in the U.S. (flexible), fluent in English, and able to travel up to 20%
