Responsibilities

You'll coordinate the approval process for documents and contract changes; Manage and maintain the Document Control/Change Control process for all project documents; Maintain controlled distribution lists

You'll provide technical support to Construction Manager

You'll receive record and compile review comments: or similar Software

You'll assist in coordinating services with outside agencies

You'll assist in preparing project closeout documentation

You'll complete other responsibilities and assist as assigned to support the project such as: attend and document project meetings (write agendas and minutes), perform expediting functions, and prepare and maintain an expediting log; etc

Qualification

Required

Minimum five (5) years of experience with rail construction projects including swapping out turnouts, automated switches and working in an activated rail terminal

Approximately three (3) years of experience working as Office Engineer on large heavy construction projects or heavy construction projects of similar complexity

Bachelor's degree or Certificate in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or another related field

Valid California Class C driver's license

Competent in using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and SharePoint
