Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in commercial construction estimating (hard bid, design-build, negotiated)
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimating software (ProEst, Procore preferred)
Preferred
Experience with ProEst and Procore
Proven success on large-scale commercial projects
Strong industry network and community involvement
