Responsibilities

Develop and execute the HR technology strategy aligned with the company’s overall business objectives
Lead the selection, design & implementation, and maintenance of HR systems where necessary and in collaboration with the regional HRLT, Group HR technology leads, and regional IT leads, including HRIS, ATS, LMS, and other relevant platforms
Responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining effective and consistent data management governance and processes across key systems
Oversee the management of HR data, ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance with data protection regulations
Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes through technology, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness
In coordination with regional IT, manage relationships with HR technology vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring service level agreements are met
Lead and mentor a team of HR technology professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
Work closely with regional HRLT, regional IT, Group HRIS, and other departments to ensure seamless integration and adoption of HR technologies
Leverage and partner with the global HR data CoE to develop and deliver HR metrics and analytics to support data-driven decision-making

Required

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in HR technology or HRIS roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position
Proficiency in HRIS, ATS, LMS, and other HR technology platforms
Strong understanding of data management and analytics
Proven ability to lead and develop a team, manage projects, and drive change
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement

Preferred

A master's degree
Relevant certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PMP
