Responsibilities

You’ll will provide owner’s Rep’ and QA services for public agencies water and wastewater capital improvements in Inland Empire areas

You have already built a long and strong working relationship with water and wastewater public agencies in southern California in your career

You'll inspect and record Contractor’s construction activities at the project site to ensure conformance to the contract documents

You'll take measurements and maintain records of quantities and materials installed

You'll review and compile Inspection Team’s field information and produce reports as assigned

You'll respond to inquiries regarding inspection as related to the project

You'll exercise sound judgment in identifying potential problems and report any issues to immediate supervisor

You'll work within a Project Team environment to resolve problems

You'll perform office support work, compiling records and data for proposed and completed projects

You'll assist in preconstruction services, including review of drawings for constructability reviews estimates

You'll delegate adequate authority to other Project Inspectors and establish a good relationship with the Client that will enhance capability to perform repeat work

You'll assist in setting policies and procedures for company inspection standards and notify Senior Management of any event that will significantly affect completion, profitability or client relationship

Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships. There will be both day and night shift assignments
