Responsibilities
Handle a full family law caseload from intake through resolution
Represent clients in divorce, custody, visitation, child support, spousal support, and domestic violence matters
Draft pleadings, motions, declarations, discovery, and settlement agreements
Prepare for and attend hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, and court appearances
Negotiate settlements and advocate effectively in contested matters
Communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel
Manage cases independently in a remote work environment
Qualification
Required
Active California Bar license in good standing
5+ years of California family law experience
Strong litigation, motion, and court appearance experience
Excellent legal writing and client communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines remotely
Preferred
Bay Area attorneys strongly preferred for court appearances as needed
