Responsibilities
Prepare monthly journal entries and maintain a two-day close schedule
Analyze accounts through balance sheet reconciliation processes
Partner with internal teams to develop and maintain accounting processes and controls
Support internal and external audits by providing requested documentation
Manage operational duties related to gift card stock replenishment, including vendor order placement
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency
Qualification
Required
0–2 years of accounting experience; foundational knowledge of GAAP
Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Highly motivated and detail-oriented team player
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Accounting (preferred)
