Responsibilities

Strong business acumen with the ability to understand business problems from multiple stakeholder perspectives
Having risk related domain knowledge, such as credit bureau attributes and scoring, customer acquisition, scorecard modeling, loan amount assignment, pricing, loss forecasting, or collections
Proven analytical thinker that can leverage excellent communication skills to translate complex quantitative and qualitative data into actionable insights
Ability to learn fast and work in a fast-paced working environment, and confidence in taking end-to-end ownership of a project
Proficient in one of the following analytics tools, such as Python, R, and SAS
Advanced Excel skills with strong logical and SQL database query skills
Experience developing beautiful dashboards with visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Domo
Meticulous attention to detail
A thought leader that will connect the dots between top macroeconomic risks and portfolio performance
A credit expert that can leverage credit risk expertise to identify opportunities for growth and tightening
A self starter that embraces extreme ownership to dive deep into our portfolio performance and develop credit policy proposals that will improve business KPIs
An insatiable curiosity to mine massive transactional data within the Intuit ecosystem to develop use cases for credit risk assessment
Team up with our data scientist, underwriting, and data engineering teams closely to develop innovative tools for underwriting and portfolio management

Required

Strong business acumen with the ability to understand business problems from multiple stakeholder perspectives
Having risk related domain knowledge, such as credit bureau attributes and scoring, customer acquisition, scorecard modeling, loan amount assignment, pricing, loss forecasting, or collections
5+ years working experience in an analytics related role leading credit strategy. Lending experience at a bank or Fintech strongly preferred
MS/PhD in quantitative fields such as Statistics, Operational Research, Industry Engineering, Finance, Economics etc. Or Bachelor Degree in same fields with 5+ years working experience or equivalent work experience
Proven analytical thinker that can leverage excellent communication skills to translate complex quantitative and qualitative data into actionable insights
Ability to learn fast and work in a fast-paced working environment, and confidence in taking end-to-end ownership of a project
Proficient in one of the following analytics tools, such as Python, R, and SAS
