Client Onboarding & Case Management Specialist (Insurance)
Raymond James is a financial services company seeking a Case Manager & Insurance Onboarding Specialist to manage the end-to-end process of insurance applications and client onboarding. Responsibilities
Prepare, review, and submit life, disability, and long-term care insurance applications
Track application progress and proactively follow up with carriers and clients
Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant with regulatory standards
Guide clients through the onboarding process, explaining forms and requirements
Collect and verify client information for insurance and financial accounts
Maintain accurate records in CRM and insurance platforms
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the application process
Communicate updates to advisors and resolve any issues promptly
Coordinate medical exams, underwriting requirements, and policy delivery
Ensure adherence to FINRA, SEC, and insurance carrier guidelines
Maintain organized files for audits and regulatory reviews
Qualification
Required
Life and Health Insurance License
2+ years of experience in insurance case management or financial services
Strong knowledge of life and health insurance products
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent years of job-related experience)
