Senior Staff Product Manager: AI-Native CRM Platform

Responsibilities
Define and lead a bold vision and strategy for the Virtual Expert Platform, providing product thought leadership in identifying critical customer requirements
Own the definition and delivery of Partner Platform capabilities, spanning partner acquisition, onboarding, enablement, engagement, and payouts at scale
Provide subject matter expertise on Partner Platform best practices and partner with functional, engineering, and stakeholder teams to design cohesive, cross-functional solutions that mitigate technical impacts
Provide technical guidance and support to project teams during implementation and ongoing operations, ensuring durable solutions and high data quality
Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to ensure optimal system performance and reliability
Identify new opportunities based on customer and competitive research, industry trends, and best practices
Leverage AI to enable personalized, proactive, contextually relevant experiences
Translate vision into strategy and an execution roadmap to deliver measurable outcomes aligned to objectives
Work closely with Intuit design and engineering teams to build and deliver delightful customer experiences for experts, partners, and customers
Take a data-driven approach in defining success metrics, prioritizing requirements, and communicating plan, progress, and success
Build strong working relationships with senior and executive leaders across Intuit teams to collaborate and co-create roadmaps
Consistently work to optimize the broader organizational operating model (process, people, structure, partnerships) and drive change to improve
Qualification
Required
7+ years in product management, designing and delivering world-class products in a Product Management leadership role
Experience with Salesforce PRM and related PRM technologies, as well as building partner-facing capabilities at scale
Strong technical background, including API platform expertise, with the ability to engage in architecture and design discussions
Experience with building and leading high performing teams
Has a 'can do' attitude with an entrepreneurial mindset and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Demonstrable technical depth in software development - i.e., reading code, architecture and design discussions with strong engagement with engineering and architecture teams
Track record of working closely with customers, partners, listening and taking a customer-focused approach to strategy and priorities - passion for the customer
Demonstrated success in taking a data driven approach and delivering impactful business results
Proven experience in defining big visions and inspiring teams to deliver new innovations and impactful products
Excellent collaboration skills - leading execution across teams, influencing across organizations
Undergraduate degree required; focus in computer science or engineering preferable; equivalent experience will be considered
