We are seeking an experienced Chief Engineer to manage all aspects of vessel engineering operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and supporting safe and efficient offshore operations.

Responsibilities
Oversee and maintain all vessel mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, with a focus on diesel-electric propulsion and DP systems
Ensure compliance with USCG, ABS, and ISM regulatory standards
Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on critical systems
Monitor engine performance and fuel efficiency to optimize vessel operations
Manage engineering crew, provide guidance, and ensure proper training
Work closely with the Captain and shore-side management to ensure operational readiness
Maintain detailed records of maintenance, inspections, and repairs
Qualification
Required
Valid USCG Chief Engineer license (Motor Vessels)
Extensive experience with diesel-electric propulsion systems
Strong understanding of dynamic positioning (DP) technology
Knowledge of vessel automation and control systems
STCW certification and valid TWIC card required
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Previous offshore or subsea support vessel experience
