Responsibilities
Prepare, generate, verify, and send invoices to customers
Handle incoming payments, record transactions, and reconcile accounts
Match payments to invoices and resolve discrepancies
Address billing inquiries and resolve issues
Maintain accurate customer billing files and financial records
Generate billing and financial reports for management
Ensure adherence to internal policies and billing procedures
Participate in preparing responses to the year-end audit requests and providing required documentation
Assist with ad hoc accounting and finance projects as needed
Qualification
Required
4+ years of progressive Billing experience, preferably in a software or technology company
Associate's degree in accounting, finance or related field
Experience with NetSuite (preferred) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
Preferred
Experience with NetSuite
