Responsibilities
Interact with potential candidates on professional networks and use various sourcing techniques
Collaborate with the recruiting team to understand the hiring needs and requirements for open positions
Build a sourcing strategy and funnels of candidates for future vacancies in the company
Measure conversion rates, including numbers of passive candidates who turn into applicants, get invited to interviews, get offers, and get hired
Promote our employer brand online and offline
Maintain and develop candidate databases (e.g., via our Applicant Tracking System)
Qualification
Required
At least 2 years of proven work experience as a Talent Sourcer
Experience with tech and non-tech positions
Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g., recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
Basic interviewing skills and familiarity with interview techniques
Knowledge of area of expertise (market status, trends, best practices)
Ability to positively present our company
At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English
Experience in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting software, and candidate databases
Preferred
Experience with iGaming or high-risk niches
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Goal-orientated and results-oriented
Team player with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
Ability to effectively manage several tasks in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
