Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end performance media strategy across audience, creative, and on-site experience
Lead upper-funnel channel expansion, testing and scaling new platforms
Use AI-driven tools to enhance targeting, creative, and media optimization
Develop data-driven audience segmentation strategies
Partner with creative and cross-functional teams to test, refine, and scale campaigns
Define KPIs, optimize performance, and manage budgets for long-term ROI
Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders and external partners
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in paid media, with strong exposure to upper-funnel channels (e.g., Paid Social, CTV, Programmatic Video)
Proven track record of launching and scaling new performance channels
Experience leading teams and mentoring senior marketers
Deep understanding of media buying, measurement, attribution, and experimentation
Strong audience strategy and creative testing mindset
Highly analytical, comfortable using data to guide decisions
Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills
