Responsibilities
Architect the Builder Search: Design complex sourcing strategies to target engineers at product-led companies and AI startups. You know exactly which teams at these companies cultivate the talent we need
Force Multiply with AI: You use AI/LLMs and automation tools to gather data, analyze portfolios, and personalize outreach at scale
Source Beyond LinkedIn: You will hunt where builders live. You will dig to find engineers building their own AI agents, analyze top consumer apps, and review personal portfolios to find exactly who our team needs to succeed
Filter for 0-to-1 DNA: You won’t just look for years of experience. You will screen for the specific engineers who have shipped entire products from scratch, navigated ambiguity, and care about the user experience as much as the code
Market Intel as Code: You will track talent migration patterns in the creative tools and consumer AI space, advising Engineering Directors on where the best product talent is hiding and how to win them
Partner with Engineering Leadership: You will attend calibration meetings with Product Engineering Leads, serving as a strategic advisor who understands the nuances of the relevant experience

Required
Design complex sourcing strategies to target engineers at product-led companies and AI startups
Use AI/LLMs and automation tools to gather data, analyze portfolios, and personalize outreach at scale
Hunt where builders live and dig to find engineers building their own AI agents
Screen for engineers who have shipped entire products from scratch and care about user experience
Track talent migration patterns in the creative tools and consumer AI space
Attend calibration meetings with Product Engineering Leads as a strategic advisor
Speak the stack and understand the ecosystems around TypeScript/React, Swift, Python, AI Agents, and Multimodal Systems
Get excited when finding a Design Engineer with a stunning personal website or an engineer with a popular open-source tool
Embrace AI tools to gain leverage and automate mundane parts of sourcing
Thrive in ambiguity and proactively identify adjacent pools of talent
Treat sourcing like a funnel optimization problem and track conversion rates
Preferred
Direct experience sourcing for companies in the creative, video, or design tooling space
A proven track record of assessing candidates based on what they have built and shipped
Experience writing simple scripts or using no-code workflows to scrape and enrich candidate data
Experience in a hyper-growth environment where you helped scale a product engineering team from <50 to 200+
