Performance Strategist (Client-Facing, Paid Media)
Everything Bagel is a company that builds and supports breakthrough brands across various sectors. They are seeking a seasoned performance marketer to lead acquisition strategies and manage significant budgets while maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities
Serve as a client-facing performance lead
Translate performance data into clear insights and recommendations
Proactively surface risks and opportunities
Create and present performance reports to Brand stakeholders
Own acquisition strategy across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads
Manage multi-channel paid media budgets for $5M+ e-commerce brands and lead gen businesses
Lead a team of paid specialists across Meta, Tiktok, and Google Ads
Own LTV:CAC, MER, ROAS performance narratives
Collaborate on forecasting and budget planning
Own new customer / lead growth, delivering client expectations
Qualification
Required
4+ years in paid media / performance marketing
Prior client-facing experience
Experience with e-commerce and CPG brands ($1M+ revenue)
Strong hands-on knowledge of Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads
Confident communicator
Strategic, business-oriented thinker
Comfortable owning outcomes
Collaborative mindset
Strong oral and written command of English language
