Drive the strategic direction of the financial valuation practice
Lead business valuations, fairness opinions, and solvency opinions
Act as the primary client contact, ensuring client satisfaction and project success
Oversee valuation models, risk assessments, and financial forecasts
Lead business development efforts, supporting private equity and institutional clients
Testify as an expert witness in valuation assignments, as needed
Mentor and develop teams of associates and senior associates
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics
10+ years in financial valuation, investment banking, or corporate finance
Expertise in financial modeling, business valuation methodologies, and capital markets analysis
Experience with valuation software and data analysis tools
Proven ability to lead teams and manage valuation practices
Strong client relationship and business development experience
