Responsibilities

Conduct ground and flight simulator training for trainees at SIMCOM

Evaluate the trainees' progress in gaining skills and knowledge by the standards established at SIMCOM Maintain competency and qualification authorized to instruct

Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times

Effectively evaluate customer training needs and proficiently coach and instruct

Employ creative and innovative teaching methods

Attain applicable ratings and qualifications in an economical and timely manner

Productively maximize the use of your time as well as your customer’s

Personalize and tailor instruction to optimize learning and satisfy customer needs

Provide and maintain a clean and organized work environment

Performs other related duties and assignments as required
