Responsibilities
Provide professional support to all stakeholders
Review, process and track renovation draw and change requests as well as all incoming and outgoing communication
Verify lien waivers, insurance, invoices and other required paperwork
Monitor project timelines and budgets
Balance renovation budget to accounting budgets to ensure accuracy
Collaborate with borrowers, contractors, third-party vendors and inspectors and internal partners
Adhere to all regulatory requirements, internal policies and procedures
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Knowledge of renovation processes, loan products and basic accounting
Strong attention to detail, organization and analytical/problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in relevant financial software and Microsoft Office
Strong oral and written communication skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 year experience with renovation or construction required
Minimum 1 year experience customer service experience required
Preferred
Ability to handle 15-20 phone calls a day preferred
6 months mortgage servicing experience preferred
Proficiency with computer systems including MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
