The Repair Technician role involves ensuring guests have well-tuned equipment for their snow sports experiences, performing various tuning and repair tasks, and maintaining a safe and organized workshop environment.

Responsibilities
Build trust with guests by providing accurate information and excellent service
Assess when skis or snowboards need tuning or repair and recommend the best service option
Perform ski and snowboard tuning: sharpening, waxing, mounting, drilling, and more
Maintain accurate pricing and ensure promotions are up to date
Keep the workshop clean, organized, and operating safely
Follow all Christy Sports safety standards and procedures in the repair shop
Monitor inventory and stay on top of industry trends and technology
Support teammates and pitch in with other duties as needed
Qualification
Required
Strong ski or snowboard background and a love for the sport
Self-motivated, able to multitask, and detail oriented
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
Eagerness to learn – we're happy to train the right candidate who is excited about learning the trade!
Preferred
Comfortable with POS systems
