Responsibilities
Apply your strategic mind to design innovative, end-to-end user experiences that balance user needs, business goals, and technical possibilities
Drive the end-to-end design process with exceptional execution, from initial concepts and user flows to final, polished visual designs that achieve a high bar for quality
Craft beautiful, intuitive, and high-fidelity user interface designs, demonstrating a mastery of visual design and a relentless obsession with pixel-perfect details
Champion a user-centered design process by planning and conducting usability tests, synthesizing findings, and iterating on designs to ensure they are highly intuitive and effective
Advance a strong point of view, backed up by design rationale, customer data, and industry trends
Collaborate effectively and build strong relationships with design, product management, engineering, and data science
Be a valuable contributor to the positive culture and high-quality standards of our creative team
Qualification
Required
4+ years of hands-on experience in interaction design, product design, service design, or a related field
A Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design or another relevant area of study
A strong foundation in design principles and methodologies
A curious spirit and a dedication to testing new ideas and driving impactful business outcomes through innovation
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
Proven ability to articulate ideas and concepts through compelling storyboards, wireframes, and prototypes
A stunning online portfolio that showcases your design skills and collaborative process
