Responsibilities
Project Oversight: Develop hypotheses, protocols, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and data management/analysis plans; create project timelines; track deliverables; maintain project management tools, troubleshoot barriers; ensure projects meet quarterly and annual objectives and key results (OKRs)
Regulatory Compliance: Prepare and manage Institutional Review Board (IRB) and regulatory submissions; maintain compliance across ASERT regions; mentor staff on human-subjects research requirements; stay current on regulatory standards
Data Management & Analysis: Build and maintain centralized databases; design long-term data collection methods (SPSS, Excel, REDCap, Qualtrics); ensure high-quality data collection; conduct analyses; prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
Collaboration & Communication: Coordinate regularly with internal partners (Division of Autism Services; Psychiatry and Behavioral Health) and external partners (UPMC Western Behavioral Health, Drexel University, BSASP, ODP); serve as the primary contact for Central Region research activities; organize and lead stakeholder meeting
Team Leadership: Guide and mentor junior staff; support hiring processes; provide performance feedback and contribute to staff development

Required
Bachelor's Degree
No prior relevant work experience required; previous relevant work experience accepted in lieu of education
