Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for clients — calls, texts, emails
Keep clients updated on treatment progress and case status
Schedule meetings and in-home visits with attorneys as needed
Conduct recorded calls with insurance companies and coordinate with doctors
Track and document treatment updates
Maintain accurate treatment records for each client
Draft and submit Letters of Representation and letters of preservation
Handle inquiries from insurance adjusters and communicate policy limits
Manage property damage and medical payment claims with attorney approval
Organize and review medical records daily
Coordinate with EvenUp for final demand letters
Confirm insurer submission preferences and follow up when needed
Identify and interview witnesses
Request and review police reports, DMAS letters, and other documents
Coordinate with our Records Specialist and Archtrieval
Handle scanning, file management, and scheduling
