Responsibilities

Develop and execute a territory plan focused on health plans, health systems, health tech, and med device organizations
Source, qualify, and close new enterprise contracts for Payerset’s Data Lake and Trusted Price Intelligence platform
Build and nurture executive-level relationships with key stakeholders such as CFOs, VPs of Managed Care, Product, Market Access, Heads of Network and Actuarial leaders
Consult with prospects to understand reimbursement, pricing, and data strategy challenges — positioning Payerset as the clear solution
Lead tailored demos and presentations with confidence and clarity
Navigate complex enterprise sales cycles averaging 4+ months; drive urgency and align buying committees
Partner cross-functionally with Product and Customer Success to ensure a seamless handoff and long-term value realization
Maintain pipeline accuracy and deal progression in HubSpot
Consistently achieve or exceed an annual revenue target of $1.5M in new business
Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on product-market fit, pricing, and emerging customer use cases
Represent Payerset at industry events and in strategic partnerships to build brand and pipeline visibility

Required

10+ years of enterprise sales experience in healthcare SaaS, data, or analytics
Proven success selling into health systems, payers, or med device clients — with deep, trusted relationships in at least one segment
Track record of meeting or exceeding $1M+ annual quotas with deal sizes averaging $100K–$250K
Experience selling data products or transparency/price intelligence solutions
Skilled in consultative, value-based, and strategic selling — comfortable leading with insight and storytelling
Entrepreneurial, self-sufficient, and highly motivated; thrives in a startup or high-growth environment
Strong executive presence and ability to engage senior buyers
Experience managing full sales cycles from prospecting to close, with minimal lead-gen support
Fluent in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, and other sales enablement tools
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred
Ability to travel up to 50% for tradeshows, events, and client meetings
