Responsibilities
Support on-site teams by completing centralized administrative and system-related tasks
Ensure accuracy, organization, and timely follow-up across multiple properties
Communicate regularly with residents and property teams via phone and email
Adapt to changing priorities and assist with operational support as needed
Participate in a hybrid schedule, including in-person workdays or trainings as required
Qualification
Required
Bilingual / Fluent in Spanish
2+ years in an administrative, operations, or systems support role in the multifamily property management industry
2–3 years of experience with RealPage OneSite Leasing & Rents (New OneSite)
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Affordable Housing experience
Preferred
Experience in a centralized/shared-services model
1 - 2 years' experience as a system administrator within RealPage systems
