Responsibilities
Defend auto liability, premises liability, public entity, and civil rights claims from intake through jury verdict
Draft pleadings, motions in limine, and trial briefs; conduct focus groups and mock trials
Depose plaintiffs, experts, and municipal witnesses; prepare treating physicians and accident reconstructionists
Try 3–5 jury trials annually across New Jersey
Collaborate on fraud/SIU investigations and appellate briefs before NJ Appellate Division
Represent clients in federal/state courtrooms, including arguing motions, evidentiary hearings, and jury trials when cases proceed to verdict
Qualification
Required
5+ years NJ civil litigation experience - must have taken at least 3 civil cases to jury verdict
NJ bar in good standing
Proven trial record in auto, premises, or public entity defense
Trial-hungry mindset eager for mentorship, volume, and partnership in a legendary NJ institution
Preferred
Certified or cert-eligible Civil Trial Attorney
