Responsibilities
Define and lead the product vision and strategy to ensure optimized top of funnel performance, with a focus on discoverability and optimization for AEO/GEO
Lead product initiatives which will drive optimal visitor routing to TurboTax front doors
Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Marketing to deliver measurable customer and financial outcomes
Mentor other product managers as a senior member of the PM team
Qualification
Required
4+ years in Product Management driving experimentation and personalization
2+ years leading top-of-funnel growth, SEO, or emerging GEO initiatives
2+ years applying ML to improve acquisition, CTR, conversion, and/or personalization
Deep experience with web and mobile-first customer experiences, ideally in mass market (20+ million monthly uniques), consumer-facing products
Deep customer obsession and strong track record delivering customer value through product innovation inspired by direct customer observations and quantitative data
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at all organizational levels
Demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional teams
Strong technical curiosity and a bias for experimentation and data driven decision making
You actively explore emerging AI tools to accelerate product innovation
