Responsibilities
Support and manage compliance with NERC, FERC, ISO/RTO, and other applicable electric reliability requirements, with a strong emphasis on NERC 693
Assist with NERC and EIA filings, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and on-time submission
Participate in audits, self-certifications, spot checks, data submittals, and self-reports
Help develop, maintain, and improve compliance procedures, internal controls, and evidence repositories
Track regulatory changes and assess potential impacts to registered entities and operating assets
Collaborate cross-functionally to identify compliance risks and support corrective action plans
Support compliance training and awareness efforts across internal stakeholder groups
Engage with industry groups, regional entities, and regulatory forums as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
5+ years of experience working with NERC reliability standards required
Hands-on experience with NERC 693 / O&P compliance required
Strong documentation, audit, and regulatory filing experience
Ability to work independently while partnering across operations, engineering, and legal teams
