**Patient Support.** Answer/screen calls, forward to appropriate personnel; schedule appointments; notify patients of process and documentation/records needed for visit; register new patients

**General Administration.** Manage check-in and check-out; schedule appointments; file and maintain pending charts; ensure system and patient information is up to date; distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail; make copies as necessary; respond to voicemails, e-mail and records request in a timely fashion

**Billing.** Complete cash reconciliation daily; apply all third-party payer and patient payments to patient accounts; enter and maintain the integrity of all patient demographics and third party payer information in the applicable lab and billing systems
