Principal Product Manager - QuickBooks Online App Marketplace and Integrations Experiences

Responsibilities
Define and evangelize the long-term vision and strategy for the QBO App Marketplace and AI Powered Integration experiences, aligning with Intuit's overall mission and QBO's product roadmap. Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on customer needs, business value, and strategic alignment
Identify and prioritize third-party partner opportunities that address critical customer "Jobs to Be Done". Work with 3rd party partners and internal X-functional teams to define integration patterns and ensure mutual go-to-market commitment and monetization alignment
Drive the creation of seamless and delightful customer experiences for app discovery, connection, and management within QBO. Ensure all integrated solutions uphold QBO's standards for user experience, performance, and security, maintaining platform consistency and scalability
Optimize the App Marketplace for discovery, engagement, and conversion. Implement personalization strategies to recommend relevant apps to customers based on their personas, verticals, and existing tech stacks
Develop and execute monetization strategies for third-party integrations, including pricing models (e.g., fixed fees, tiered pricing), in alignment with leadership guidance and market dynamics. Analyze revenue potential and optimize for long-term sustainable growth
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, data science, marketing, legal, and business development, to deliver high-quality integrations and marketplace features
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for the App Marketplace and integrations. Monitor, analyze, and report on product performance, using data-driven insights to inform product decisions and identify areas for improvement
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies in the app marketplace and integration space to identify new opportunities and threats
Qualification
Required
8+ years of product management experience, with a significant portion focused on platforms, ecosystems, app marketplaces, and third-party integrations
Demonstrated experience in defining and executing product strategy, roadmaps, and successful product launches
Deep understanding of small business customer needs and 'Jobs to Be Done' principles
Use Data and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to accelerate customer and business outcomes
Proven ability to work effectively with external partners, managing relationships and driving joint product initiatives
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform product decisions and measure impact
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders at all levels
Experience in matrixed organizations; ability to drive results through collaboration and influence
Experience with Agile development methodologies
Undergraduate (Bachelor's) degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
