Responsibilities
Define the Strategic Vision: Architect and evangelize a compelling multi-year product strategy for the Mid-Market payments and invoicing ecosystem, translating complex market insights into a roadmap that positions the company as the industry leader
Drive Commercial Impact: Own the P&L success metrics for your portfolio, including Mid-Market acquisition and Total Payments Volume (TPV), while utilizing rigorous data analytics to identify growth levers and optimize the Accounts Receivable experience
Execute with Excellence: Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch. You will balance velocity with enterprise-grade quality, pressure-testing designs, managing edge cases, and ensuring delivery matches the ambition of the vision
Champion the Customer: Serve as the primary voice of the Mid-Market customer. You will conduct deep market research to identify pain points and ensure every feature delivered addresses a critical user need and improves customer satisfaction
Qualification
Required
A proven track record (8+ years) in Product Management, specifically within B2B, FinTech, or SaaS
Understanding of the specific mechanics of the Mid-Market
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to navigate organizational complexity
Ability to change altitudes seamlessly to effectively communicate with executive staff and the working team
Use of data to prioritize ruthlessly and measure impact rigorously
Comfortable with ambiguity and can turn complex, messy problems into clear, actionable roadmaps
