Responsibilities

Generate reports and dashboards that analyze trends (leading/lagging indicators), site performance, and department financial data

Support multiple safety applications by performing database updates, as well as other application maintenance

Create innovative ways and visual aids to share site performance across the organization

Produce accurate safety related communication that is consistent with LCRA’s safety mission and goal

Build partnerships with other departments and leaders to understand the alignment with safety processes and proactively drive growth and improve results toward the best in class safety culture

Required

Six or more years' experience in administration of industrial safety and/or health programs, operations analysis, process improvement, project management, business systems analysis, financial analysis or related experience

A degree in safety, health, business, economics, finance, computer science, information systems or relevant field may be substituted per LCRA guidelines for certain years of experience

Driver's license

Preferred

Advanced experience in data analysis tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Excel, etc

Experience with safety management systems and learning management systems

Knowledge of project management principles and practices

Knowledge of regulatory reporting and recordkeeping (OSHA, ANSI, EPA, etc.)

Industry certification in data analytics or data science
