Administrative Assistant
Lutech Resources is a company dedicated to making you successful. The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operations within the department, managing employee records, preparing staffing reports, and maintaining calendars.
Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative assistance and clerical work to the department and leadership team
Maintain and coordinate department and leadership calendars, schedule meetings, and ensure timely reminders
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee
Prepare and update departmental rosters and staffing reports regularly
Collect, review, and process timesheets and expense reports; perform audits for accuracy and compliance
Arrange travel accommodations and itineraries for staff as needed
Qualification
Required
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree a plus but not required
Experience: 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a corporate or departmental setting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Preferred
Bilingual preferred (Eng/Spa)
