Responsibilities
Act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems
Conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes
Design an optimal test environment to simulate real-time scenarios
Collaborate with some of the best talent in the industry to create innovative high quality and defect-free solutions to meet clients’ business needs
Develop automation frameworks and scripts for ETL automation (Python programming language preferred)
Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases to verify data movement, transformation and integrity across systems
Write and execute complex SQL queries for data validation and reconciliation
Validate complex data transformations, aggregations, and business logic across multiple data sources
Collaborate closely with Data engineers, developers, business analysts to ensure end-to-end test coverage
Document test results, prepare reports and track defects to closure
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, driving data quality initiatives and continuous improvement
Experience working in Agile (stand ups, grooming, planning, retro) using ADO
Understanding of test management process and SDLC/STLC
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
At least 4 years of Information Technology experience

At least 4 years of working experience in QA Testing
Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies
Preferred
Min 4+ years of experience in ETL and DWH projects
Strong experience in Spark and Databricks
Experience in Azure cloud and ADO

Experience working in Agile (stand ups, grooming, planning, retro) using ADO
Understanding of test management process and SDLC/STLC
Excellent soft skills
Ability to work in team environment and client interfacing skills
At least 4 years of experience on Automation Testing (SIT and UAT), test execution analysis & reporting
