The Field Recruiter will work daily with potential candidates, interviewing and selecting the best matches for current openings, and coordinating onboarding activities for selected candidates.

Responsibilities
Interviewing and selecting candidates who are best-matched with current position openings based on the HR interview, work history and availability
Coordinate an interview with the hiring manager and process all of the on-boarding activities if selected
Assist the Field Recruiters in posting openings and sourcing candidates
Qualification
Required
2+ years experience in recruiting, staffing, human resources, or related role
Basic knowledge of application tracking systems and Human Resources policies and best practices
A positive, can-do attitude!
Strong attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred
Bilingual - Spanish & English speaking
Associate's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent work experience
