Responsibilities

Contribute to the development of customer-centric and digitally enabled finance vision, strategy, and operating model

Identify and capture transformation opportunities and create detailed roadmaps for implementation

Assist in building finance delivery models and governance frameworks, incorporating accounting policies, control requirements, and automation solutions

Design finance technology and data landscapes aligned with enterprise architecture

Contribute designing organizational structure, skills, and performance metrics

Plan and manage training, knowledge transfer, business readiness, and post-launch support

Identify opportunities to improve operations using emerging technologies, and support application selection and implementation

Participate in the implementation of optimization initiatives and measure their impact

Help the engagement lead manage project budgets, timelines, interdependencies, and stakeholder expectations

Facilitate issue resolution and engage in change management processes

Contribute to proposal development

Contribute to firm’s thought leadership to enhance market presence and industry recognition
