XPO is seeking a Videographer/Editor to help tell their story through video. In this role, you will coordinate video shoots, capture quality footage, and edit training modules to align with brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with stakeholders to organize and schedule video shoots for internal training projects

Capture professional quality video footage on location or in a studio setting using the Apple iPhone

Review and log captured footage in preparation for postproduction

Edit training modules to script and brand guidelines, and guiding the approval process with stakeholders

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience

Thorough understanding of fundamentals of video capture, including composition, continuity and best practices

Proficiency capturing video with the Apple iPhone and post-production with Adobe Premiere Pro, including the creation of motion graphics, sound sweetening and color correction

Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, and manipulating graphics and layers for use in motion graphics

Understanding of the export/encoding practices for delivery across a wide range of channels including YouTube, Vimeo, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, Stream, etc

Experience building shot lists and other necessary pre-production documents

Experience integrating brand, accessibility, and quality standards across all deliverables

Ability to incorporate feedback efficiently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Ability to manage multiple deliverables while maintaining attention to detail and quality
