SALT is a leading Cannabis FinTech company powering compliant payment solutions for over 2,000 dispensaries nationwide. They are hiring a Customer Success Specialist to provide support and guidance to cannabis merchants, ensuring they are well-educated on the payment processing services offered.

Responsibilities
Lead virtual product demos for cannabis merchants, ensuring they fully understand payment workflows, reporting features, and merchant portal
Guide and support new customers through the onboarding process and training sessions to educate customers on features, functionalities, and best practices of our payment processing services
Serve as the primary point of contact for ongoing customer support, troubleshooting issues quickly and calmly in a high-volume environment
Proactively monitor accounts to drive strong customer retention, identifying risks early and recommending solutions
Act as a problem-solver and advocate for merchants by coordinating with internal sales, operations, and technical teams
Build trusted relationships with cannabis operators by understanding their business needs, pain points, and growth goals
Gather merchant feedback and share insights to improve products and processes across the cannabis payments platform
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a client-facing role
Experience or interest in fintech, payments, SaaS, or regulated industries like cannabis
Strong communication skills and confidence leading onboarding calls and demo presentations
Ability to manage multiple accounts while staying organized and detail-oriented
A proactive mindset focused on client outcomes, value delivery, and retention
