Responsibilities

You'll develop a standardized cost reporting framework to evaluate developers’ construction pricing submissions across project phases

You'll review scopes against a demarcation matrix, identifying deviations and their cost impacts

You'll align all estimates and reports with the Client’s Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) categories

You'll analyze large-scale construction costs using market intelligence and parametric data

You'll benchmark developers’ security costs against internal data provided by the Client

You'll document all assumptions and exclusions from estimates submitted by developers, A/E teams, GCs, or the Client

You'll track design changes between estimate revisions and report associated cost and schedule impacts

You'll identify and propose Value Engineering options for Client review

You'll collaborate with internal sourcing and commodity teams to ensure estimates reflect current market conditions

You'll support program planning and CAPEX forecasting by preparing ROM estimates and contributing to cost modeling tool development
