Responsibilities
Assist in monitoring and maintaining network systems to ensure optimal performance and security
Support the configuration and troubleshooting of network components, including routers, switches, and firewalls
Collaborate with network or senior engineers to implement network changes and upgrades
Participate in network performance analysis and reporting
Document and update network designs, policies, and procedures
Work on projects related to network automation and optimization
Provide technical support and assistance to internal teams regarding network-related issues
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Networking, or a related field
Basic understanding of network fundamentals and protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.)
Familiarity with networking hardware and software is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
