Director, Life Sciences - Digital Partnerships and Engagement - East Coast Remote

Responsibilities
Drives programmatic strategy to ensure our offering is represented in the marketplace to complement our direct Managed Services plan
Manages existing partner relationships and coordinates with Ad Ops team to ensure revenue and fees are up to date and reported consistently
Manages engagement across both partners and direct clients serving as the voice of the client to Veradigm and the voice of Veradigm to the client seeking to ensure robust adoption of solutions
Promotes client retention and overall client satisfaction
Understands the technical side of projects and provides insight and tips on how-to Product features, troubleshoots client issues, and provides resolution
Partners with our clients and internal Veradigm stakeholders to ensure remarkable client experiences with our products and services through a combination of strategic roadmap planning and tactical execution of actions necessary to support operations
Responsible for reviewing partner and client financial and business objectives, creating actions to support them, and reporting progress on Key Performance Indicators
Includes ongoing monthly operational reviews, creating and publishing reports, pursuing escalated support and services actions, aiding resolve outstanding A/R issues, and supporting sales activities to further the expansion of the Veradigm solutions footprint
Develops subject matter expertise in EHR, Digital Health Media, Programmatic Advertising, Agencies and BioPharma stakeholders
Identifies opportunities for and ensures execution of solution optimizations, workflow best practices, educational opportunities, etc.; Monitor and share observations regarding client interaction and management
Identifies and grows reference accounts, including sharing client success stories and outcomes improvements
Drives client prioritization with escalated issues in support
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business and/or healthcare field
Minimum 4 years of experience in a healthcare or agency setting with good knowledge of partnerships in the space
Project management and organizational skills such as the ability to manage multiple time sensitive projects simultaneously; strong attention to detail and focus on task completion; internal and external stakeholder management
Ability to embrace changing organizational needs, shifting priorities, and evolving role responsibilities
Strong written, oral communication skills to effectively convey messages to cross disciplinary teams
Demonstrated ability to present to an audience
Client service orientated with the ability to build relationships with diverse constituents
Demonstrated ability to self-initiate, advancing work with minimal direction
Solid knowledge of project management methodologies, tools & techniques, including Microsoft Office, SharePoint, JIRA, Confluence
