Responsibilities

Manage a set of Digital Marketing agency partners, acting as their main point of contact and ensuring their continued engagement with Mailchimp
Drive joint go-to-market strategies to increase customer acquisition and growth
Build effective relationships with partners to ensure alignment on priorities and goals
Contribute to partner new client acquisition strategy, leveraging Mailchimp's channels and assets
Drive new service offerings in partnership with key partners
Develop training and enablement materials and deliver sales enablement to managed partners
Identify areas for improvement and develop initiatives to improve partner engagement and performance
Work cross-functionally to ensure customer success, onboarding, and support
Analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
5+ years of experience in partnerships and business development, preferably in a SaaS or related industry
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
Passionate about driving partner engagement and growth
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights and actions

Preferred

Familiarity with Martech, Ecommerce and Digital Marketing Agency ecosystems
Experience working with small & medium sized service partners
Experience working across global time zones in driving partner engagement
