Responsibilities
Manage and administer core business systems such as Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and other company technology platforms, including provisioning, permissions, and license allocations
Manage the company’s risk and compliance initiatives, including privacy and security frameworks (SOC 2, GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA), internal controls, policy documentation, and operational audits, including coordination of incident response documentation, reviews, and follow-up actions when incidents occur
Serve as the company’s designated Data Protection Officer, acting as the primary point of contact for privacy matters and coordinating data protection processes and escalations
Review and manage vendors and partners to ensure privacy, security, and compliance expectations are met and agreements are properly tracked
Oversee data analytics operations by managing a data science professional responsible for day-to-day operational reporting, while coordinating priorities, requirements, and validation for business dashboards
Provide general IT support to employees, including device setup, account management, and troubleshooting across hardware, software, and SaaS environments
Qualification
Required
4 - 5+ years of experience in system administration or IT operations
Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and SaaS administration
Understanding security and privacy compliance requirements
Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
Preferred
Experience supporting or managing SOC 2, GDPR, CCPA, or HIPAA compliance programs
Familiarity with Power BI, Fabric, or similar analytics tools
Background in a SaaS or technology-driven environment
Experience with risk registers, incident response processes, or vendor security reviews
