Qualification
Required
Highly motivated and goal-oriented
Competitive, with a strong desire to succeed and improve
Comfortable communicating by phone and email
Coachable—open to feedback and eager to apply it
Self-disciplined, reliable, and accountable for results
Resilient and able to handle rejection without losing momentum
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Preferred
Experience with Microsoft Office is a plus—but not required
